HospiceWits partners with Polofields Crossing again for the Spring Book Fair
Following the success of the Polofields and HospiceWits Book Fair in autumn this year, HospiceWits is excited to announce the Spring Book Fair, set to take place on 24th, 25th and the 26th September 2021 at the Midrand-based shopping centre.
The Spring Book Fair will again feature a book tent with thousands of titles for book lovers to peruse and purchase. Attendees are invited to bring their own pre-loved books on the day to donate to the non-profit organisation, while at the same time creating space on their own bookshelves for the new gems they are going to find.
All proceeds from these events will go towards the provision of care for HospiceWits patients and their families in Johannesburg and Soweto.
Avid readers will be thrilled to hear that the Spring Book Fair not only promises great literary finds but that the SuperSpar at Polofields Crossing will also be presenting a special literature-inspired menu, and Manaka Coffee will be offering free coffee to attendees.
The Spring Book Fair builds on the foundations of the Autumn Book Fair, and HospiceWits is delighted to once again partner with Polofields Crossing. This event is an important one on the HospiceWits annual fundraising calendar, and will go a long way towards ensuring the continuation of the special care work that HospiceWits began in 1979.
Keep an eye on the HospiceWits Facebook page for more news about the Spring Book Fair – we cannot wait to welcome you to this literary feast!
