HospiceWits Tree of Light

A Beacon of Hope and Celebration

The HospiceWits Tree of Light stands as an enduring symbol of hope, strength, and the celebration of life. This cherished initiative is dedicated to remembering our loved ones who have passed and celebrating the lives of those we hold dear.

Your Support Matters

At HospiceWits, every donation helps light the way for those in need of compassionate palliative care. By contributing to our Tree of Light campaign, you offer more than just financial support—you provide comfort and care to individuals and families facing life-limiting illnesses.

You can participate in two meaningful ways:

  • Make a general campaign donation to sustain the vital services we offer by clicking the Payfast Donate button above.
  • Purchase a remembrance globe on our virtual Tree of Light to honour a loved one or recognize the dedication of our healthcare workers here https://www.tree-of-light.co.za/.

Your generosity makes a lasting difference. Help us illuminate lives today.

Remarkable Achievements in 2023

Thanks to your incredible support and generosity, the 2023 HospiceWits Tree of Light campaign raised R723,000 – an astounding 68% increase from the previous year. This tremendous achievement allowed us to deliver 70000 palliative care interventions such as pain management, respite care, and counselling to our patients and their families.

Join Us in 2024

Although we have done well in the past year, there is still a growing need to provide further interventions and continue making a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families. We invite you to be part of the success of HospiceWits Tree of Light 2024 by donating to this campaign.
